Brett Kay
Professional Coaching services for all Diamond Sports.
Brett Kay played at St. Viator Highschool under HC Mike Manno and is a member of the St. Viator Hall of Fame. He started four years at Illinois State University for Mark Kingston. Brett was 1st team All-MVC, 2013 MVC Defensive Player of the Year, and still holds the school record for most defensive assists in a season with (202). Brett was drafted/played for the San Francisco Giants before moving into coaching. He has coached at St. Viator and Grayslake Central. He currently coaches at Prospect H.S. while still working out players at various levels from youth to college to improve infield play.
Josh Kay played at St. Viator Highschool under HC Bob "Chico" Pirman. He went on to the University of Maryland as a Catcher/Third Baseman. He later transferred to the University of Cincinnati while becoming a pitcher. He is still top five in UC History for Single Season Saves and All-Time Saves. Josh was drafted/played for the Oakland Athletics before moving into coaching. He was the recruiting coordinator and pitching coach under Tracy Archuleta at the University of Wisconsin Parkside (Division 2). Josh still lives in the community and is active with amateur baseball.

WHAT WE OFFER
Group classes are designed to circuit-train 941 athletes on various skills. These classes can be crafted in a variety of manners and last 45 minutes.
GROUP CLASSES
Let 941 training can help your coaching staff or organization get to the next level. The majority of organizations are run by volunteers who are eager to learn. Let 941 and our experienced staff help.
COACHING CLINICS
Individual lessons are designed for the serious athlete. These training sessions are demanding and develop skills as defined. Note: These are designed for pitching primarily, but can be used for hitting/fielding as well. These classes last 45 minutes.
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
941 is developing various camps. From one-day position-based training to four-day camps. Keep your eye out for the latest.
CAMPS
Video Training is a perfect way to get coached up between pitching events without causing injury. The issue with the traditional "pitching coach" is the lack of connection to arm care. Game video allows a perfect way to evaluate and provide helpful insight/drills to work on.
VIDEO TRAINING
Eliminate all conflicts in your organization with an independent evaluation by 941 training. Our staff has scouted and evaluated at much higher levels vs. the travel or league circuit. Trust 941 to improve your organization.
